FORT VANCOUVER KNITTERS GUILD



MISSION

The Fort Vancouver Knitters Guild is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide education to guild members to further skills in knitting, broaden their understanding of the craft, and to serve the community through services and donations.

WELCOME

All are welcome regardless of age, skin color, nationality, religion, gender identity or disability. We dedicate ourselves to the goal of a diverse, inclusive and spirited knitting community free from inequality, racism and injustice.

The FVKG will provide dessert to celebrate 35 years! Please come and have a piece of cake to celebrate the 35th anniversary of our Guild!

FVKG at the Clark County Fair

 

It's time for the Clark County Fair!! Our booth needs you!! If you haven't signed up for a time slot, please do!!



We will be part of the ribbon contests judged by both the State of Washington Fair judges and the Clark County Fair Board. We’ve won ribbons in the past, and we're ready to do it again!

 

What to bring when you volunteer:

 

1. Finished projects - Showcase your amazing work and spark conversations.
2. Current project - Keep busy during lulls and show off what you're working on.
3. Comfy chair - While chairs are provided, your own might be more comfortable.
4. Lunch, snacks, and drinks - Or indulge in the Fair’s many delicious options.
5. Your smile and gift for gab - Engage with visitors and share your passion for knitting!
