For a number of years now, the Fort Vancouver Knitters Guild has partnered with the Tigard Knitting Guild to provide spring and fall knitting retreats for our members. These special weekend get-aways offer a relaxing and peaceful oasis; a comfortable space for talk, laughter, and, of course, lots of knitting! Here are a few details.
Tigard Knitting Guild and FVKG Fall Retreat The Fall Retreat is being hosted by Tigard Knitting Guild and Fort Vancouver Knitters Guild and is scheduled for October 4-6, 2024. Check in time is between noon and 1:00 pm on Friday and will go through Sunday at noon. Our Lady of Peace Retreat Center, Beaverton, OR. The registration fee for the fall retreat is $245.00 per person. That includes dinner Friday evening, three meals on Saturday, and a wonderful brunch on Sunday. There are private rooms with a sink and two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
